I am a fan alright BUT….

….is a team you support worth your offsprings?

A Texas University Longhorn fan was nearly CASTRATED in a bloody bar scuffle. The story here is insanely funny, some excerpts below

“That’s exactly what touched off a bloody skirmish that left a Texas-shirt-wearing fan nearly castrated and an Oklahoma fan facing aggravated assault charges that could put him in prison for up to five years.”

“According to police, 32-year-old Texas fan Brian Christopher Thomas walked into Henry Hudson’s Pub on June 17 wearing a Longhorns T-shirt and quickly became the focus of football “trash talk” from another regular, 53-year-old Oklahoma fan Allen Michael Beckett.”

“Thomas told police that when he decided to leave and went to the bar to pay his tab, Beckett grabbed him in the crotch, pulled him to the ground and wouldn’t let go, even as bar patrons tried to break it up. When the two men were separated, Thomas looked down and realized the extent of his injuries.”

He could see both of his testicles hanging on the outside of his body,” said Thomas’ attorney, Carl Hughes. “He was wearing a pair of white shorts, which made it that much worse.”

It gets even worse:

“It took more than 60 stitches to close the wound, and police interviewed Thomas at a nearby hospital emergency room.”

And how does the accused defend himself?

“Beckett’s attorney, Billy Bock, concedes that his client commented about Thomas’ shirt, but said it was just good-natured ribbing and that he apologized to Thomas when it appeared to upset the Texas fan. Later, Bock said Thomas approached his client at the bar and threatened him.”

” … My guy was defending himself and just took control of the situation.”

Lastly

“Beckett, a 53-year-old church deacon, federal auditor and former Army combat veteran, has pleaded not guilty.”

And you call yourself a fan….what have you ever given up for your Team??

  2. 3N….are you wolverines alum? if you are spartan i apologize..this is funny though.

Columbus, OH (AP) – A seven-year old boy was at the center of a Franklin County courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulation requiring that family unity be maintained to the highest degree possible.

The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried and said that they also beat him. After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him.

After two recesses to check legal references and confer with the child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the University of Michigan Wolverines, whom the boy firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.

I am SPARTAN Damu but this is too funny. LMAO, I am forwarding it to everyone who I know – the Spartan nation celebrates U of M misery.
